What’s Covered?
We’ve got you covered! Our limited warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for one full year from the date of purchase. If you encounter any issues with your Ziwa bottle or tumbler during this period, we promise to make it right.
What’s Not Covered?
While we love to support our customers, there are a few things our warranty doesn’t cover:
- Normal wear and tear from everyday use.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or alterations.
- Cosmetic issues that do not affect the performance of the product.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
It’s easy! If you experience any problems with your Ziwa product, just follow these simple steps:
- Reach Out to Us: Contact our friendly customer service team via whatsapp on 0701939883 with your order details and a description of the issue. Attach any pictures too to support your claim
- Send It Back: If necessary, we’ll ask you to send the product back to us for inspection.
- We’ve Got You: Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll repair or replace your item, or provide a refund if a replacement isn’t available.
